Physics at the Dawn of the LHC Era

The LHC era has begun! In the coming year the LHC collaborations are expected to record up to 1 fb^-1 of data at 7 TeV. This will be enough to test and possibly discover a broad range of new physics beyond the Standard Model. The goal of this workshop will be to discuss what forms such new phenomena are likely to take, and to determine the best ways to search for them at the LHC and other experiments. A particular emphasis will be placed the discovery potential of the early LHC.
